How do you handle your problems

In a way stress is good. It helps us to think and make a right decision and enable us to solve problems. But if we are unable to handle it tactfully then it will handle us and conquer us. Some people are not afraid of stress as they are well aware of how to handle the situation. But others are too afraid to face it and fight it. However, some people still do push their problems to others and run away from it. Why is that so?

People under stress or depression tend to be mentally & physically ill and finds it difficult to lead a normal and happy life. They would rather suffer in silence rather than get help. It is a pity that they don’t know the value of their life. With some help & guidance we can overcome stress. But unfortunately, we still come across people who don’t know how to tackle and some even commit suicide.

There are many books on relaxation techniques, yoga exercise, methods of overcoming stress, leading a happy life, finding peace and so on.
